Algastin is the purest form of astaxanthin, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants available on the market. This is a 100% natural dried freshwater alga Haematococcus pluvialis from the ecological operation of the Czech company Algamo. Algae is grown in a closed system under laboratory conditions and the alga is neither genetically modified, nor does it contain any additives. The product is sold in powder form (dried algae) in a vacuum packed package. It is suitable not only for direct consumption, but it is also great for mixing, for example, into yogurt, smoothies, porridges or other cold mixtures and toppings. The package contains a measuring cup for convenient dosing.
Its strength is 6000 times more concentrated than vitamin C, it is 560 times stronger than catechins in green tea or 800 times stronger than Coenzyme Q10.
According to many scientific studies, astaxanthin supports the immune system, slows down the aging process, has an anti-inflammatory effect or protects the skin from oxidative stress caused by UV radiation. However, the list of its benefits does not end there, as evidenced by new and new professional studies or articles in renowned medical journals.
It is the alga Haematococcus pluvialis that is used as the richest natural source of astaxanthin and is the basic building block of all other food supplements containing astaxanthin, whether in the form of capsules, drinks or soluble mixtures. It is the most concentrated source of astaxanthin, and thanks to the use of the most modern technologies for cultivation, Algastin is one of the best products of its kind in the world. It contains 5% astaxanthin, so only 0.08 g of this dried algae is enough to obtain the required daily dose. Unlike salmon, lobster or shrimp, algae is also a suitable source of astaxanthin for vegans and vegetarians.

Recommended dosage
We recommend taking 4 - 8 mg of astaxanthin daily, ie 0.08 - 0.16 g of Algastin, ie 1 - 2 measuring cups included in the package. Astaxanthin from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis is fat-soluble, so for faster and better absorption, use for example with a few drops of olive oil or omega 3 fatty acids. We recommend taking it in the morning.
TIP: Mix dried algae into your food! If you mix the algae thoroughly, nothing will change in the taste of the food.
